On July 15, 2009 the Board of Directors and Mr. Ziad Nakad agreed to transfer management of the banquet center and catering operation at our Shrine Center to Moslem Shriners. The transition began immediately and is expected to be completed by August 3, 2009. Mr. Nakad graciously pledged his assistance for a smooth transition and we expect it to go smoothly.

Anticipating that a change like this might be in our future, your Divan, along with a committee of Nobles with food, beverage and management experience, have been working hard behind the scenes to plan for a seamless conversion of the business.
